Botswana Addresses:
Tlokweng Auto Zone ships orders to any address within Botswana. Delivery time may vary. Shipping orders will only be processed at our Tlokweng Office.
Processing Time:
Our processing time is usually between 24 – 48 hours once payment has cleared.
Delivery Time:
While we strive to deliver your orders as soon as possible, please take the following into account:
Delivery time for major city areas: 1 to 5 working days
Delivery time for rural and outlying areas: 4 to 14 working days
Shipping fees:
Please note that for deliveries, a fee of P100.00 will be charged. An additional fee will be requested by the courier carrier upon delivery

COLLECTIONS
Please note that not all stock is kept at our offices and may need to come from our warehouse. With this in mind, a 24 – 48 hour lead time is usually normal. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email / Whatsapp from us.
We will not be held reliable for any time delays or additional charges.
RETURN POLICY
Refunds and Exchange Policy
All products have a 7 day money back guarantee as long as the products remain unopened and unused at all, proof of purchase (invoice) must be supplied and the products must still be in their original packaging.
Products incorrectly supplied or damaged will be replaced at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible (due to quality issues, or being discontinued), a full refund will be given.
Please keep in mind that during transit, packaging could be damaged. In this case, it will not constitute a refund as the products are still good/safe to use.
Electrical items: Please note that all electrical items are sold without any guarantees or warrantees as Tlokweng Auto Zone cannot control how the item is used.Â
Tlokweng Auto Zone is not responsible for any damages caused during shipping. All products are packaged securely before leaving our offices.
Tlokweng Auto Zone is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred. There will be no refunds on shipping. The customer is responsible for arranging shipping for any returns.
Items not fitted by an RMI approved or specialist centers will not be considered for a refund.

Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been fitted, worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please ensure original packaging is undamaged.
All body panels – Please note that all body panels are checked before leaving our premises. Due to the nature of these items, Tlokweng Auto Zone will not accept any returns or exchanges unless met with a valid reason. No exchanges, returns or refunds on items correctly supplied.
Electrical items – There is no guarantee on any electrical items. Globes are not included. Should free globes come with any item, they are to be used at own risk. Tlokweng Auto Zone does not accept any responsibility for any electrical parts as we cannot guarantee how the electrical items have been handled or fitted.
We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or model. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Special orders
Tlokweng Auto Zone will charge a 25% fee for any stock that was specially ordered for you and is returned.

- Products are non-oem unless stated otherwise.
- No grilles, caps, stickers, emblems, coverings etc. are included with any products.
- No globes are included with any lights. Should free globes come with an item, we will not be held responsible should the globes be faulty. Use at own risk.

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.Â
